Shipping and Returns Policy Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping And Handling :

Orders are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery and will require a signature on receipt. They are despatched in discreet packaging. (Brown padded envelope) The only information displayed on the package for security and your peace of mind is your address. 

Orders received by 1PM will be despatched on same business day (Business days are Monday to Friday)*. Orders received after 1PM will be despatched on same or next business day. Orders received at weekends will be despatched on next business day.

* Exceptions: If you are purchasing a Pharmacy medicine, we cannot despatch the medicine until you complete the required Pharmacy medicine questionnaire. In the case of an order containing a prescription only medicine, we cannot despatch the medicine until we have received a valid prescription authorising the supply.

Free Shipping 

Orders with a value over £30.00 (including VAT where applicable) are eligible for free delivery therwise there is a £6.50 shipping charge. 

Returns Policy: Before returning items to us, please contact us quoting your order number. You will be issued with a returns number.

We don't give refunds on prescription drugs and P meds.

If any goods received by you are in a faulty or damaged condition, your refund will include outward and return postage and packaging costs.

The Direct Selling Regulations (DSR) 2000 cover purchases made where there is no direct contact between vendor and consumer. It does not apply to items bought for business, fairs, exhibitions or showroom use.

Under these regulations you can cancel your order from the moment your order is received until seven working days after the goods are received or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you cancel your order you  will have your payment returned. You do not need to give a reason for cancellation or return - just e-mail quoting your order number and your wish to cancel/return in accordance with the DSR 2000. There is no charge for this provided your order has not been despatched.

Once the goods have been sent you will need to arrange and pay for the return delivery. We suggest insuring the goods against loss or damage. The goods must be un-used and be received in a re-saleable condition including all accessories, packaging etc.

A refund of all monies including the initial postage and packing charges will be made upon receipt of the returned goods and within 30 days of cancellation. However, if the goods are not returned at your cost, we will arrange for a courier to collect them. The cost of this collection will be deducted from your refund.

Medicines

Due to current legislation, we cannot accept medication returns (including prescription medication) as we are not able to reissue or reuse any medication once it has left us.
