Product Details

Canesten oral and cream duo. A convenient oral capsule plus soothing extra-strength cream to treat thrush.

This pack contains one Canesten Oral Capsule and one 10g tube of Canesten Thrush Cream. The capsule is an effective single dose treatment for vaginal thrush or penile thrush. The cream provides immediate soothing relief from the external itching and soreness caused by the infection in women and men.

Directions

Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water (with or without water). The cream should only be used externally. Apply thinly and evenly over the affected area two or three times daily and rub in gently. Treatment should be continued until the symptoms disappear, or up to one week in women and up to two weeks in men.

Ingredients

Oral capsule: Fluconazole 150mg Thrush cream: Clotrimazole 2% w/w

Warnings

Symptoms should disappear within two days of treatment. If symptoms persist for more than 7 days, consult your doctor.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Do not use if you are pregnant, trying for a baby or breast feeding.
Do not use if you are taking terfenadine or cisapride.
Consult your doctor if you are taking any medication other than the contraceptive pill and if you are aged under 16 or over 60 years.
If you develop an allergy to Canesten Oral Capsule, see your doctor immediately.

Do not use the capsule or the cream after the expiry date (this will be printed at
one end of the carton, on the blister pack and on the end of the tube).
Do not store above 25°C.
